A few people have messaged me about pictures not uploading, and so far it seems that there is a weird pixel size issue we have not nailed down yet.

Many smart phones especially are making really large images, and many of those will not upload unless they are resized first.

Short term work-around – resize the picture to less than 1920×1080. There are many online resize sites for free, and likely free apps that can do this for you.

There is some debate the MB file size could be triggering an issue – but we are not sure on this yet,

If you make a pic that is smaller than 1200 x 1200 pixels, and it still wont’ upload, please contact me with additional info like file size, operating system / device you are using.

This is a totally different issue than the iphone / ipad / macs won’t view or upload videos.

Found an evil scammer created a fake profile, impersonating us! Sending messages about some "new project" - this was a smart scammer we have now removed. Be careful out there, there are people who impersonate for fun and profit and that shit sucks.

I would need a pic / video showing someone holding up a hand written sign saying name and AOS and date to even start to believe someone was real anywhere on the internet.

More on avoiding these scams and impersonating on an upcoming blog post. Thanks to all who messaged me about the media issues and wondering about the 'new project' email that looked fishy. We block and delete a lot of spam so you all don't get hit with it, sometimes we miss a few, we try not to let that happen often or for long.
