Pictures Size Issue

A few people have messaged me about pictures not uploading, and so far it seems that there is a weird pixel size issue we have not nailed down yet.

Many smart phones especially are making really large images, and many of those will not upload unless they are resized first.

Short term work-around – resize the picture to less than 1920×1080. There are many online resize sites for free, and likely free apps that can do this for you.

There is some debate the MB file size could be triggering an issue – but we are not sure on this yet,

If you make a pic that is smaller than 1200 x 1200 pixels, and it still wont’ upload, please contact me with additional info like file size, operating system / device you are using.

This is a totally different issue than the iphone / ipad / macs won’t view or upload videos.
